responsible for the initiation of the D.A.R.E. Program and the Citizens Police Academy in the Ogden Police Dept.
Dale is a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy, Monroe Community College and the top academic graduate of his police academy class. Dale was also the Top Honor Graduate of his U.S.A.F. Law
Enforcement Academy and received the U.S.A.F. Commendation Medal. He served in the U.S.A.F for five years.
