Bruce Radley

Vice President of Operations for National Security company, our unarmed division. Bruce is a veteran of the US Army and has several years experience in industrial, commercial and retail security.

 

Mr. Radley is an active member of the Rochester Hotel Assoc. and is the President of the Monroe County Fair and Expo events Board of  Directors.

Dale Barton

Richard Barton

President of C.O.P. Security and Vice President of the Rochester Regional Veterans Business Council. Richard is a veteran of the United states Air Force and a graduate of the USAF security Police Academy. Richard is a retired 20-year veteran police Officer and served in a supervisory position for seven (7) years.

 

Mr. Barton was a nationally certified Mondnock PR-24instructor, field training officer and received the department's Life Saving Award.

Dale Barton

Is the Vice President of operations for C.O.P. Security, Inc.  Dale is a retiree of the Ogden Police Dept., where he supervised the road patrol and filled in as the Acting Chief.  Dale was responsible for the initiation of the D.A.R.E. Program and the Citizens Police Academy in the Ogden Police Dept. 

 

Dale is a graduate of the F.B.I. National Academy, Monroe Community College and the top academic graduate of his police academy class.  Dale was also the Top Honor Graduate of his U.S.A.F. Law Enforcement Academy and received the U.S.A.F. Commendation Medal.  He served in the U.S.A.F for five years.
